Either the owner or the agent must be day dreaming. Who the hell would pay 220K per month for a condo !!!
Plus the tenant would have to pay 12 months rent upfront plus 2 month security deposit a total of 14 months. With that kind of money upfront just for renting, any educated person would use it to buy the condo instead.
