We’re planning to go home between month of March- April during spring break and since school is about to start this coming MOnday we dont know yet the exact date till we know when is their spring break so we can decide the exact date to go for a vacation. I’m surfing at almost all website for condo rental there @ PI and so far I’m most interested in your facility . Our plan is 3 weeks , we have 3 kids ages 13 , 9 and 6 then me and my husband , so were looking for a condo to rent for that week long and right now we are also interested on buying a 2 BR unit for financing . I want to know what documents we need to bring , so I can make it ready before we go home. PLease let me know how much is the monthly if its 5 years to pay and 10 years to pay ,how much is the down payment and how soon can we use the unit once we started the paper works.
